Chair Massages consists of using targeting pressure and stretching to help ease tense or sore areas. They are typically performed in a massage chair in a forward reclined position. These sessions can be useful for anyone wanting work done on their upper back, neck, and shoulders (ie folks who sit at a desk all day). Longer sessions will include work done on the arms and hands as well.

Sessions are done fully clothed. We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).
